2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl 8A)
High cracking sound at the exhaust system's when parking extends for long time. Toyota dealer recommended the sounds at their facility and share it with Toyota Canada. They replied that it is a normal sound for cooling down. I didn’t hear this sound ever even in old cars. I had 2020 RAV 4 with the same model and I didn’t experience that before.
From few days , I am hearing another sound … during turning around and backwards. I am frustrated and afraid to check with my dealer about this new sound as the first one tried to convince me it is common sound for 2024 RAV 4.
