Seven years ago, the Genesis G70 went on sale with the intention of taking on the best small sport sedans from Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. It posed a credible threat to European dominance in the segment. However, time stands still for no car, and despite significant updates in 2024, the G70 has softened with age.
