You are just a # sorry!

I set an appointment with Drew the salesman he made me wait 30 minutes while he worked with someone else to then tell me the truck I had tried to give him a deposit on or buy over the phone for the last two weeks was being sold to someone else. I drove 200 miles round trip for this terrible customer service. I then was offered a different truck that I didn't want, there is no loyalty, no heads up before I came, nothing. You are just a # at Luther Hudson don't expect anything else.

Ryan, I apologize you are unhappy!! However, Drew gave you ample opportunity to buy the vehicle and has been speaking with you since 10/6/2023 but you still did NOT act. If you had acted earlier, you would be an owner instead of driving from Coon Rapids having someone local beat you t o the purchase. Wisconsin Law/Code does NOT allow us to take deposits over the phone unless we have a signed purchase agreement or e-signed on-line credit application. Drew did his job and is not to blame since we cannot violate the law to sell a vehicle. Regards, Tim Jubie General Manage
