I worked with Joe Kish in the servicing of my Pilot. Joe did an exceptional job explaining what the issue was and the work that needed to be done. He went the extra mile to determine that the work covered under my warranty. He called me with regular updates on the status of the repairs and made sure that the work was done on time. He made me feel like I was an important customer. I look forward to working with Joe again the next time I need service.
