This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure that the customers are happy and taken good care of! The employees are happy to assist the customer and this shows that the dealership cares about their employees as well! I was there to have the evap system replaced and not all the parts were included in the order. They gave me a ride home so that I did not have to wait there, then came back to pick me up. They apologized for the "inconvenience", meanwhile, taking care of the situation and making sure that I was happy with everything that they did for me. Everybody that I came in contact with was extremely professional and extremely nice to me! Honda of Kenosha cares, and you can see this as soon as you enter the building!
