Happy Hager and Jeff Hamrick went out of their way to work out the best deal for me on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR5. I was negotiating a deal on a 2019 SR at another dealership and called Happy and asked if they could match the deal. Happy and Jeff said they could do it. A little more, but it was a more expensive truck. Happy came in on his day off to finish the deal. I told him I could have came the next day, but he said someone may have bought the truck before me and didn’t want that to happen. Ronnie McComas was the finance manager and he went above and beyond in explaining some additional options, regarding extended warranty. I don’t know why I even bother with looking at other dealerships, because I believe L&S truly cares about their customers and will do whatever they can to take care of their customers.
