Subaru of Spokane

My wife and I bought a Subaru Outback from Subaru of Spokane a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. I'd looked at Subarus the week before and the salesman who'd helped me then greeted me by name and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to give us comparisons of various models of Subarus and show us the many safety and convenience features of the cars. We settled on an Outback because it was quiet, had the safety features I'd wanted and the comfort my wife wanted. The salesman helped us with the paperwork and actually stayed beyond closing time to get us set up with the financial person. While we were waiting for that, he showed us around the dealership including the service department, so we would be prepared when the car needs servicing. The dealership is in a downtown location, with the cars prepped on the upper floors. He kindly helped us transfer a large amount of stuff from our trade-in and made sure I didn't forget things (I would have missed a fair amount of items). Then he drove us down to the street level so I wouldn't have to try to navigate the somewhat tricky ramps in an unfamiliar car. Despite his efforts, I wasn't able to figure out everything about the car--the manual is daunting--but I've taken the car back to the dealer at least three times and always the service people were happy to show me how to work various features of the car. I am very happy with the car, with the salesman, and with the dealership in general. This was a great place to get a great automobile!
