Easy and fast.. when I made the appointment I did ask for their least busiest day the following week. That may help. There was no emergency, just standard oil change and check over. The check in folks deserve kudos..always nice , helpful. The price is, I think right on. Basically, in and out. Love the car wash idea. It's called good customer service..keep it up.
