The person at the counter was very helpful, the quote on what the service was going to cost was ok. They did the parking brake recall at the time of service which was nice so I did not have to come back in. I live 72 mile north of Spokane. The waiting area is always nice to sit in, I had questions for the parts dept. new winter tires and rims that I will need in the future, and they were very helpful also. Over all a good experience.
