Pleasant to deal with. Explained additional services required. I was disappointed that I purchased my vehicle new from the dealership and had to pay to have tires rotated. I feel the tires were purchased from the dealership as a part of the purchase. When the tires are replaced by the dealer rotation will be free. Does not make sense to me that the tires on the vehicle at the time of purchase are not rotated for free.
