Our purchase of a new car at Subaru of Spokane was the best experience of purchasing a car we have had in over 40. We were replacing a car damaged in a wreck and my wife was in a wheel chair. We had done our home work and knew what we wanted. Steve Blue took us through the steps necessary to be sure our needs were met without any needless pressure. He did make sure we were aware of options, but again, no pressure. We asked that the closing be expedited due to my wife's condition and even though they were short personnel, they made it happen. They even returned our rental car for us. Best of all, the car is a dream to drive!
