Staff were not well trained or efficient

I went in for an oil change and cleaning for my appearance protection. Two separate people assured me I would have my car detailed at this shop. After dropping my car off, I was called two hours later and told I needed to file a claim with some other office to have my car cleaned for my appearance protection. Also, I had been sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my shuttle and the driver was never notified in that time. He happened to wander by and ask if I needed a ride and the man checking me in said that he was "going to message him soon". I needed to get to work, I really didn't appreciate him taking his time getting my ride.
