Dealership Service Review
I want to start off with the mechanics that worked on my vehicle were excellent, they didn’t trump up fake fixes or try to encourage unnecessary things to up the bill. The front desk has a lot of room for improvement. I showed up and there were 4 reps sitting at the customer service desk, 1 was on the phone and 3 would not look up from their phones. I said “Hi, I have an appointment.” No one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes (I was the only customer there). Once the rep on a call got off he looked at the others annoyed and helped me. He was good (wish I could remember his name) he told me they would be done in 2 hours…. After 4 hours I called to check and they would not answer the phones.. any department, not just service. Finally after an hour of trying I got ahold of someone in sales that had to walk over to service and tell them to answer the phone, he said to me “I’ll make sure they answer, they aren’t doing anything.” Which tells me they were just ignoring all calls. After everything, my biggest complaint is the refusal to get off the Cell phones while customers stand around. No one seemed to care.
