I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan and was told the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover the bent CV axle that they found while looking into a different issue. What dealership sells a car with a bent axle and then wont fix it?

Hi Nancy, I called the number you provided (general phone tree for AutoNation) and talked to someone who said the managers were busy but assured me one of them would call me back that afternoon or by the next day at the latest. That was Friday. It’s now Wednesday. They’re definitely NOT calling me back.
