Bought a truck from Paul Gilcrest, worst experience of my entire life. He made countless promises and couldn’t even fulfill one, On the test drive he said that the truck we are buying a 3000 mile 2023 Toyota tundra 1794 edition has 7 year 100,000 mile warranty, we get to signing papers and now turns out it only has 3 year 36000 mile warranty after we are almost complete signing papers, he then proceeds to say he never said that, there was 3 of us and we all heard the same thing. He then says he’ll make it right by giving us a employee 40 percent discount on a canopy and weathertec mats, i give him a call the following day and he quotes me $1800 with the discount after I got a quote from them for 1400. He a complete [non-permissible content removed], I will never buy from auto nation again neither will any of my family or friends, by far the worst experience of my life.
