Both James Brown and Jason Bisquera were true professionals. Their many years of experience were evident in the way they were able to provide the information we needed to make good decisions. Both were very straight shooters and showed no 'salesy' characteristics. Short of real estate transactions, this was the largest purchase we have ever made and we left with no buyer's remorse. As long as Toyota continues to live up to their reputation, we will be back for our next vehicle - hopefully sooner rather than later.
