We had very exceptional customer service from everyone we worked with at AutoNation Toyota in Spokane Valley!!!! From the moment I sent a message via the website about a vehicle I saw posted on their website that was still at the factory, to the moment we signed the paperwork, James Brown and his colleagues were over-the-top amazing. I received a phone call from James as soon as he received my online inquiry and he provided me the information I was looking for. We indicated that we were going to be traveling through Spokane from Missoula on our way to Seattle. A couple of days after I initially talked to him, he indicated he was going on vacation but that he would leave us in good hands. We showed up on a busy Saturday afternoon and Conner talked to us and showed us some colors we were interested in. We made the decision the following Monday to put a deposit on the vehicle. The vehicle arrived on a truck from the factory a couple of days earlier than expected but it worked out great for us to make the trip back to Spokane to pick up the new car and trade in the old. We went from a 2020 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid to the beautiful Reservoir Blue 2023 Toyota Camry XSE Hybrid and WE LOVE IT!!!
