Installed alternator belt inside out

onWent in mid-December for an oil change/multi-point inspection. They said my Alternator and A/C belts needed replacing. Two days later my car is squealing. Brought it in the next week, they make a small adjustment and send me on my way. Didn't fix the issue. Finally got an appointment (which I had to drive to the shop to make because no one would answer the phone) for them to figure out they installed the alternator belt inside out. Took 3 trips back to the shop for them to look at it close enough to figure that out. No apology or refund given.

Sarah, the number listed is the general autonation Subaru phone number. If you’d like to “rectify” the situation give me an extension I can call or find my customer profile and give me a call.
