Sound Ford

So while station there in WA, 2016 I purchased a Ford Explorer sport right before deployment. Everything was fine, but the sales manager was very rude with some paperwork and the outcome was the dealership giving me a maintenance plan for free. Fast-forward, I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I happen to be in Seattle for a few days and looking to purchase another vehicle so I went back to the dealership they gave me the greatest price ever. Unfortunately when I got NaTasha Fears card. I was not taken seriously. I don’t know if it was because of my skin tone however she totally blew me off. This was November 2024. I just purchased my 2025 Ford Explorer, ST and it was not from Sound Ford. I don’t understand, but if my company just lost a $60,000 vehicle on the account of not taking a customer serious I would be pretty upset.
