Travis Snyder at Sound Ford provided us excellent customer service. He turned what was an original negative experience into a satisfied interaction. I am not able to delete my 5/24/24 review on here so I am creating a new one and giving them 5 Stars. Natasha, the sales manager is a Gem and we would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from her.
