I started the online process with Shelly who was an absolute delight to deal with. Once I drove south to look at the car and test drive it with Bob I was certain I was at the right place. Rachel in finance was also very pleasant to wrap up the final paperwork. I will definitely refer Subaru of Puyallup to my friends and in particular the great people I personally worked with.
