Dealership Sales Review
I hate car dealers and for the most part believe them to be despicable forms of life, as my past experiences have always been painful and ugly. However, my car of 11 years finally died and I needed to purchase a replacement vehicle. I went to several dealerships throughout Kitsap County and received the usual pressures and multiple follow up calls in which they had found the "perfect car for me". One even "accidently" kept my license and "forgot" to return it to me. Of course I had to return to pick it up. Finally, I stopped by Bay Ford. I worked with Mark Hall, took one car out for a test drive. Mr. Hall did not pressure me. Finally, upon returning to the lot I determined this car was a good vehicle listed at a reasonable price that would not break the bank. It was a relatively simple transaction. Of course the finance manager attempted to sell me an extended warranty. Heck, it's his job. But, he easily accepted my refusal. Overall, I was in and out of Bay Ford within an hour and a half. There was no pressure. The only thing I didn't get was the advertised I-phone with every vehicle...but....oh well. I guess I could pursue that if I wanted to.
