Lexus of Seattle

Purchased a 2013 GS350 F and traded in my 2010 ES350. My only complaint is the trade offer. They will come in with a very low offer. I came prepared with trade in value numbers from 4 different websites and they offered 10% less than the avg of all 4, so be prepared to negotiate. Staff was great to deal with. One thing I hate about buying cars us the amount of time it takes, was about a 5 hour process, but that's no different than any other Lexus I've been to. The finance dept does the normal dealership upsell for all the things you don't want that come at inflated dealership prices, typical buying experience at a dealership. Pauline was my saleswoman and she was a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend Lexus of Seattle.
