The purchasing experience with Lexus of Seattle was fantastic. In fact, when I completed a market research for my target SUVs, none of the inventory in the shop was on my short list. I was requested to have a look of a newly arrived RX350, and the car was not entirely unpacked for customer demo yet. The staff there were so friendly, agile, honest, and helpful, so I immediately made up my mind to nail down the deal with them and they have the car ready and sent to my garage in two days. In particularly, I’d like to say many thanks to Cheryl, the sales service, and Rose, Finance, for their great professionalism in dealing with my case.
