I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Jake! I’ve worked with Jake for over 4 years now and he is honest, trusting and truly cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond and I couldn’t thank him enough for the support he has given me while going through a difficult issue with my car. Another shout out to Dave, who I haven’t had the opportunity to work with until now, but has also been reliable and kept me informed on the service my car is getting. They both made right by a pretty crappy situation I’m dealing with with Subaru, and I truly appreciate their help and support. Eastside subaru is lucky to have people like Jake and Dave.
