Eastside Subaru

I went into this dealership looking for my first new car. I worked with Mark J who is an excellent sales person. We had communicated through email for awhile and when I finally had time with a busy work schedule I was very impressed with how even though the lot was busy he made me feel like the only person there. He not only showed me my different option packages but talked to me about different finance options. I ended up going with a lease which I had never even considered but ended up being the best option for me. Mark was very helpful in every part of this process to me which was awesome since I was nervous since I have only bought cars from family friends before. He wasn't too pushy like I often experience with sales people. As someone who use to work in sales I really appreciate a good sales person and he was the best. I would highly recommend anyone go with him, especially after seeing some reviews on other sales people there. I know he runs the internet department so I didn't have any experiences with management or anyone above him. If you want a subaru I would say reach out to Mark J.
