Super easy! Not at all “car-sales-y”

It was a great experience. We had gone to Michael’s Subaru in Bellevue ( which was a terrible experience) right before going to Eastside and can I just tell you how refreshing it was! From the time we entered, until we left with our new car, we experienced great customer service without all the crazy that’s so indicative of car dealerships. John was so GREAT to work with. He was honest, and worked hard to find us what we were looking for, in the price point we needed. He never once gave us the “car sales-ye” vibe! It was refreshing! We will be back!
