Arsen, our salesperson was wonderful. He had the 2 cars ready that we were interested, allowed us to test drive them both and we made our decision. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and we were in and out in 3 hrs, as the last time we bought a car, it took all day! One of the dealership managers even talked to us and thanked us for our purchase - that has never happened before!
