Had an absolutely stellar experience leasing my wife's 2019 Outback today. My wife and I had worked with Jethro Ansell a few years ago before our son was born. It did not work out that time because we chose to lease a different brand, but I was so impressed with his straightforward pricing and customer-centric focus that we stayed in touch. In fact, I referred a few customers over to him that I know had been looking and they were thrilled as well. Fast forward to today, we are coming up on the final stretch the of the lease we acquired a few years ago. We knew exactly what we wanted and I realized fairly last minute that pricing on 2019 Outback was likely the best we'd see. I saw that Eastside had exactly what my wife wanted in stock so I sent Jethro an email. He called me back 10 minutes later, we talked through the deal, and came to an agreement in less than 30 seconds. I also found out he was promoted to manager - so he approved the deal but would be handing me off to another rep. I did the credit app and 15 minutes after that we had packed up my kid and headed over to the dealer. On arrival, Jayme Lovatt greeted us and had the car parked out front. We did a quick walk around and a couple small items had to be cleaned up. We went inside and I signed the initial paperwork. Jayme did the delivery with my wife while I was able to let my son play in the shockingly well-stocked kids area. Most car dealers are not kid or pet friendly. Eastside seems to be just the opposite - welcoming, if not encouraging. After a short wait, I was in finance and it was very low pressure. I felt like the Finance Manager really had my best interests at heart and was very respectful when I declined (even if she thought I was nuts!). All told we were in and out in under 90 minutes. My wife is thrilled and I'm thrilled. Thanks so much to Jethro, Jayme, and the whole Eastside Subaru team. A truly top notch experience.
