Hinshaw's Acura

I leased an 07 TL Type S last year and the Salesperson not only lied about all the items included in the purchase price but also commented that I was wasting his time if I didn't purchase a vehicle that night. After the deal was made, he mentioned that the Corporate office would call me with a survey and when they did, he requested that I rate him with a 5 (5 being the highest rating). The next day I reviewed the fine print and realized I had paid more than what was agreed. So I confronted the salesman and his manager and he had the nerve to say I was lying and that he never mentioned the purchase price we had early agreed to. Mind you this purchase took place shortly after my deployment from Iraq. Needless to say, I almost lost it with him. He even asked again if I would still rate him a 5 on the survey. In the end, I'm stuck with a 48 month lease paying over $700 a month w/a $4000 down payment. I will never deal with Hinshaw's Acura again.
