Hinshaw's Acura
Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a 1999 Land Cruiser with a seat missing in the third row. I immediately called within an hour of driving the vehicle home. I called and they claimed they did not know it was missing. They said they would find a seat for me but after a dozen phone calls and at least that many emails, they never made their promise good. I finally gave up. That was the fourth vehicle I purchased from that dealership and you would have thought I would receive better service. I truly believe they felt saving $500 for a used seat more valuable to them than losing a customer. I was also asked by the closing agent if there were any extras given to me when I purchased the vehicle. I said no and she said "then you are purchasing as is" and I signed the closing papers. I now realize that was a set up. My wife wants a new car. Guess what? We visited our local Lexus dealer today.
