Klein Honda in Everett

I am so satisfied with my experience at Klein Honda! It began with an inquiry through the Internet and Bebs was so helpful! I had a type of vehicle in mind and she was so excellent with assisting me in narrowing it down to two compact SUV’s. I really appreciated her professionalism and accommodating to my busy work schedule. When I arrived to the used car lot that evening, I was greeted immediately. John "JFK" assisted me in locating and test-driving the main vehicle I was interested in. He was patient with the questions I had and he was knowledgeable in the vehicle, which wasn’t even a Honda—it was a 2011 Nissan Rogue. I loved the car so much; I decided that it was going to be my new found treasure. Once it was time to purchase the car and close the deal, Darcee was very informative and genuine in sharing the significance of the paper work I was about to sign, as well as the importance of complementing the loan with GAP and extra warranties. It was such fast and friendly service throughout. It only took about 2.5 hours from the time I was greeted until the time I drove off in my new baby! This was my very first car purchase and overall it was PERFECT!!! Thank you, Klein Honda!
