Hold your ground and if things don’t go your way just leave, there a lots of other cars out there. Klein gave me a total price with montly payments via email, honored it at the dealership. Listened when I said no thanks to high priced accessories that I could buy cheaper on line, let me test drive my car, showed me how everything worked, and sent me on my way. Their internet department is very accomodating, you can get everything set into motion on line. You will be handed off to a floor salesman when you arrive to close the deal, but it appears you get one of the more senior ones not some of the young clowns I saw slinkng around the place. I had a very good experience at Klein Honda.
