Dealership Sales Review
While the initial response to my request for a quote was very timely, follow up actions were poorly coordinated. I interacted with no less than 3 sales persons within just a few days and had to explain myself every time. A visit to the dealership was not much more promising. The first sales person was neither familiar with the availability of basic options (i.e. power tail gate on Pilot EX-L) nor the features of the upcoming model year (i.e. 2012). My second visit was even more disappointing: I set up an appointment with one person, just to be handed over to the next sales person. While I had agreed to come for a new model, the sales person wanted to show me a used car that had even been cleaned yet. He tried to blame the mess on a previous test drive In summary: poor salesmanship does not instill any confidence that I will be treated right. I will take my money to another Honda dealership.
