This was my first solo purchase of a car in many years. Ryan at Klein Honda listened, was respectful and was responsive to my requests for reports of the car maintenance, brake status and washing. He provided documents and was not pushy. The financing staff worked with my requests and answered any questions with facts. They did take my "no"'s for an answer and we came to an agreement I felt was fair. I have a great condition 2019 Honda CRV. Happy!
