I was greeted by Kenneth upon entering the service center! He had helped me prior and I was so happy to see him still there! I gave him my name and he looked me up immediately responding that he saw I had extended service contract! I was only getting an oil change! I received the recommendation and photos and was shocked to see in the photos mice had been under my hood and put bird seed under the hood from bird seed box in garage! Kenneth approached me about the photos and made me feel very normal about the situation! I live in the woods and this is a common occurrence! Of course I had the air filter replaced and the bird seed removed and problem fixed! Kenneth even walked to my car and popped the hood and told me where to place a couple laundry wipes as a mouse deterrent! Thank you Kenneth
