Recently visited the BMW of Bellevue for factory recall service I was very warmly greeted by Brandon Padilla as soon as I walked in, Brandon was very professional and friendly in his approach.He guided me about what the service recall was for and kept me updated as I was waiting in the lobby.Thank you Brandon
