Recent purchase of CPO BMW 330xi

onI recently purchased a BMW 330xi which was a recent addition to their inventory so the carfax was not updated since they were working on the vehicle. Before purchasing I was told that breaks were changed for all 4 wheels but updated carfax says only front breaks were changed once I purchased it. I'm not sure if carfax info is missing or I was informed incorrectly.
Also, I am still waiting for them to fix my bumper (some big scratch on one side) which they promised me they will get it fixed after a couple of weeks of purchase. Nothing scheduled yet and no info on when it would be scheduled. Reached out a couple of times, but nothing concrete yet.
Purchasing process was smooth and car is good.
