incredibly bad communication

onThe service dept has terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone messages. They are closed when their hours stated in their phone message said they would be open. (In desperation I visited in person to find out status of my vehicle.) They didn't start working on my vehicle until weeks after the appointment. Finally my vehicle was reassigned to a new service advisor, John Sells, who has been helpful.
