onI left the car at the dealership on Friday, got a call from my service person around 11:30 A.M. and he left me a message. I really was frustrated because I left multiple (3 or more) messages and never heard back. Eventually called back on the Tuesday the next week and finally got to him. Found out that he was holding the truck because a part was ordered (UAW strike is causing delay). I came in on Wednesday and picked up the truck until the part can be received from Ford. Not good response.
