Wasted my time and money

onI dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday for a diagnostic with the the promise that I'd hear something back late the next day. With that and repairs I'd planned for them to have it about a week. I had to call then that Saturday. Or course there was no one that could help me but I was supposed to get a call from the manager. Nothing. That Monday, I had to call and found out Nothing but an oil change was done. I still don't know what's wrong with my truck. I'm out rental fees for no reason. I was also promised a call as to what happened and STILL nothing. I will not be going back. I live too far away to make a worthless trip again only to waste my time and money.
