I bought my 2012 Ford Escape Limited Edition there in August 2014. I got a great customer service from the Sales Man, Mr. Eliotte Adams and I gave them a 5 Star rating. Unfortunatley, the wonderful thing I thought about the company isn't the way it is. Yes the sles man Mr. Elliotte Adams gave me a wonderful customer Service, but the management sucks. They do not care about the happiness of their customers after you make your purchase and walk out there. The car I bought from them broke down on me roughly 9 months later. and they managers couldn't do anything to help me out. They cared less. I ended up selling that care to Carmax of Wood bridge for only $6000 while oweing the bank $9000 which I paid from my purse because the Ford Escape depreciated in value based on the problem the car had. It happened to be that That Ford Escape had 2 major accedents and Koons never told me or showed me the Car Fax. One of the major accidents damaged the Main Frame of the car known as the Chasis. When a car's Main Frames is damaged, the car looses it's value and depreciates in price. and the value is lost. They sold this car to me as a car in perfect condition. When I obderved this and went to the management, they just told me sorry, that there is nothing they can do to help me. I lost a whooping $9000 which I paid the bank. Another co woker of mine who actually introduce/reffered me to Koons had a similar problem. I regret ever doing business with them and advice anyone to be careful you don't get duped or ripped off your hard earned money.
