Pedro was the sales person who greeted us as we walked through the lot to see the vehicle I was interested in. He was so enthusiastic about us choosing Volkswagen dealership to look at their vehicles in stock. Pedro took us on a test drive and I feel in love with the vehicle and purchased it. He is a good example of what excellent customer service should be.
