Dealership Service Review
My car was stopped in the road due to the alternator was dead caught off guard. The dealer helped me to replace the alternator and a new battery. I appreciate their work. However, After I drive my car to pickup my daughter and came back to my house, my was dead AGAIN! I called the staff who served me and he told me that they can not send technicians to my house, I have to tow my car to their dealership and promised to reimburse the cost. They recommended me a tow truck company and I met the tow truck in the second day morning. The driver of the Dow truck found the reason of the car was the link of the positive end was loose and he said he did not have the tool to tighten the screw. So I have to go to the dealership. The staff served me was not there because it was Saturday and other people helped me to tighten the screws and asked me to contact the original staff for the reimbursement. On Monday, I asked the staff for the reimbursement and he refused and said the dealership only reimburse “the towing fee”. What a dealership staff!
