onI was returning to Koons after being away to get a new battery because my current battery kept dying while we would go camping grrr. Up to this point, I was getting my vehicle serviced closer to my home. I called to make an appointment thinking I would need to schedule it a week or two out like most places in Northern Virginia. I was able to get in the next day. I dropped my SUV off the night before my appointment. Joey Stickman called me before my appointment. I was working and it made it a bit challenging to reach me but Joey called me back several times and we reviewed my service request. Very simple and easy. Thanks Joey!
