Sheehy Volkswagen of Springfield

There are many wonderful things about the service department: they are cordial, competent, and highly professional and knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle into Volkswagen last week and was very pleased with the service department's efficiency. Because I work two jobs, I need to be at work on time. I figured this was the day I was going to have to use a sick day or vacation day, but to my complete surprise, my service provider, Ben, had my car in the shop and me on the shuttle to my first job. It almost seemed as though everything was coinciding with one another, because later in the day when I thought ,"I wonder if they are finished with my car", there was the phone call I was waiting for. I was extremely happy because I did not need to us my vacation day. After I got off my first job, they were ready to pick me up and return me to Volkswagen to retrieve my vehicle.
