Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Springfield

Despite living closer to another Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealer, Safford is my go to. So much so that I've purchased two vehicles from them in the last year. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the buying process (from speaking with a salesperson to e-signing all the paperwork) was seamless when comparing to others. I had a price in mind, they knew where they needed to be, and it was pretty easy to come to an agreement that benefitted everyone. Regarding service, the service department is clean and comfortable (and stocked with snacks and coffee), and the service department staff are friendly and communicative. I recently ran into some software and electrical issues with my 2022 Grand Cherokee L - they fixed everything and even ran it through the car wash without batting an eye at no cost to me.
