Steven Ashbaugh was an outstanding sale rep. He gets five stars. Very committed to helping me get exactly what I wanted. Didn’t pressure me into buying something just to make a sale. I was totally satisfied with my sales experience with him. The management were totally dishonest. I give them zero stars. The finance manager was supposed to refund a $500 hold on my card once I finalized my sale. He went through a show with someone on the phone about it. Still no refund after two weeks so Safford shamelessly stole from me. Also, my decision to purchase was contingent on the possibility of having a modification made to the vehicle. The management assured me the modification could be made and quoted a decent price. As soon as I signed everything and asked to schedule the work, the slimy used car manager said the modification could only be made at four times the price quoted to me. He blatantly lied to my face multiple times and told me to “just be happy with the vehicle you bought.” Steven, my sales manager, was visibly embarrassed by these remarks and apologized profusely when he delivered my vehicle. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. I will take my vehicle to another dealership for maintenance. Steven deserves to work someplace else. He deserves an honest employer.
