onSo I was in an accident with the Highlander I bought less than 2 years ago. I’m embarrassed to admit that because of the anxiety I experience as a result I couldn’t bring myself to continue to drive the vehicle. I contacted Chef Jeff immediately after the wreck as he sold me that vehicle and the two previous Tacomas I have purchased. Luckily there were a few coming in and he was able to reserve one he thought might be to my liking. Because I now live in a fair distance away, he helped me with pictures and information to prepare me before I drove the Highlander over to purchase a new one. This is unfortunately at a financial loss but he showed kindness and compassion to me understanding that this is for my peace of mind. As I was limited in time multiple people came together to help get me in and out quickly and make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. I will continue to bring my business to Haley and recommend the sales team.
