Seamless Process

First, I was able to order my vehicle (2022 Venza) almost as soon as they entered production. Second, the sales staff (BJ, Spencer, and then my sales person WJ) kept in touch with me by text the entire time. When it arrived, I made an appointment, came in and filled out the paperwork, and drove it home with no troubles. Also, the trade-in process was smooth and I got a good price. This is my second time buying new from Haley Toyota. I paid sticker price, which I think is fair in today's "hot" market.
